SHIPPING & RETURNS
There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible. We process orders from 11AM - 7PM Central Time on weekdays. We do not process orders on Saturday and Sunday and U.S Federal Holidays.
We use USPS Priority Mail to ensure tracking and fast transit. Priority Mail takes anywhere between 1 to 7 business days depending on your shipping location. Please note that USPS does not guarantee arrival time for Priority Mail.
We ship to all states in the U.S. All orders are shipped with signature confirmation. Someone 21 years or older must be available to sign for the package.
All customers must be aware of the possession and consumption laws for their respective locations. Flying Cloud Infused Beverages and its affiliates is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stopped by the authorities, or any fees that are required for release of packages. In other words, as a consumer who chooses to purchase and have products shipped to you, you are taking responsibility for your purchase, and acknowledging that you are aware of the laws pertaining to such shipments. Please contact your local authorities for more rules and regulations in regards to CBD, THC, and low potency hemp edible products.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to products that are returned to our facility unopened and unaltered. If the return of your package incurred any types of return fees, restocking fees or duty fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
We gladly accepts returns of unopened, unused, undamaged, or defective items purchased on our website for a refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.
If a non-defective item is opened and used, we will not accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund for sanitary and safety reasons. For unopened or unused items, we will accept the return with no restocking fees. For manufacturer defects on the original item, there will be no service fees. Please see return shipping cost below.
If you would like to submit a request for refund, replacement or exchange, please contact us at hi@flyingcloudthc.com. Please provide your FULL NAME on the order, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. We may request additional information, pictures or video proof of the issue if needed. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package. Replacements, if requested in place of a refund, will be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our facility.
In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customer are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items or issue the payments of the product if it is for a refund. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
If you received incorrect items, you will be provided a return shipping label to return the items. Non-returned items will not be refunded. Errors made by the customer in order placement including incorrect shipping address, incorrect flavors/varieties/products, or incorrect order volume are not the liability of Flying Cloud Infused Beverages or its affiliates and may not be eligible for return of shipping costs. The distributor reserves the right to review transactions and determine whether a complimentary return of shipping label will be issued.
